A locally serving washer and dryer repair company, built by a Marine veteran who knows what it's like to need something fixed on a tight timeline.
Jared Colton served eight years as a Marine at Camp Lejeune, working equipment maintenance and learning to diagnose a mechanical problem fast under real time pressure. After leaving the Corps, he spent five years as a technician for a regional appliance repair company, driving to homes across Onslow County and seeing the same complaints over and over — slow scheduling, vague pricing, technicians who guessed instead of diagnosed, and little patience for a military family working around a PCS move-out date. In 2018, that experience turned into a full-time company built specifically around the opposite.
That same standard runs the business today. Same-day appointments when we can manage them, a technician who diagnoses before quoting, and a flat price before any work starts.
We inspect before we quote, and we'll tell you when a repair isn't worth it against replacing the unit.
